Unattached AthletesOnly athletes who live in Georgia counties where there are NO Park and Recreation TRACK CLUBS will be allowed to compete as Unattached. You must be a member of a Track Club in your county to compete in 2009 GRPA Park and Recreation Meets.
Fee: $5.00 per Athlete per Meet for athletes with no GRPA clubs in their counties.
Each Club must be represented at the 8:30 AM Coaches Meeting for each Spring 2009 Meet or their club will not be allowed to Contest events. Birth Certificates will be required for each athlete by March 7, 2009.
